Recognize This Sweet Black & White Cat?

Neighbor Mikki is concerned about this cat found on Westminster between Ditmas and Newkirk, which she says her building doorman has been caring for temporarily. She says the cat seems “super sweet and well socialized,” leading her to believe it might be someone’s pet.
