Question of the Week: Where Can I Learn to Drive Stick?
If you’re learning how to drive, the streets of Brooklyn can be a tricky place to do so. But what about learning how to drive a car with a manual transmission? Neighbor Anastasia asks:
Can anyone think of good parking lots (with speed bumps and very little traffic) to teach someone to drive stick shift around the neighborhood?
The first thing that comes to mind is Floyd Bennett Field, but that’s a bit far. Any recommendations for a closer parking lot that would be good for some driving practice?
