Anyone have great neighborhood handy person to recommend?

We’ve been simultaneously thinking about having wood cut, getting a lamp rewired (those all-in-one kits on Amazon aren’t nearly as simple for some as the reviews would have us believe), and having the bathroom properly-spackled and repainted from when the upstairs neighbors flooded it last year (our super isn’t so super). We’ve heard good things about the guys at Almac, but we’re interested in hearing about other options too. Let us know!
