Question Of The Week: Local Help For Substance Abuse?

One neighbor, concerned about a friend, contacted us this week about substance abuse counseling and treatment programs in the area. We were able to find some support groups and local therapists who specialize in addiction and recovery, but other resources proved harder to find.

Can anyone recommend a counselor or helpful support group (out of those listed below, or another one), or a treatment center not far from home?
