Q Train Subway Tracks Seen From Dorchester

According to the MTA site, Q trains are running:

Northbound Q trains operate between the Kings Highway Station and the Atlantic Avenue Station.

Southbound Q trains operate between the Jay Street-MetroTech Station and the Kings Highway Station.

Neighbors have mentioned in the comments that they’ve seen some trains running on the tracks by us. Has anyone actually ridden one? At least one neighbor confirms it:
