Put Out Trash, Not Recyclables
The Department is making scheduled garbage collections as storm conditions permit. Recycling collections are suspended. All recycling should be stored until further notice. The Department continues to handle hurricane debris clean ups citywide.
We can confirm that Sanitation has indeed been picking up garbage and branches that have been put out on the street since the storm ended. Please hang on to the recyclables and do not put those at the curb yet.
