The police are asking for help finding a suspect wanted for several robberies on the 2 train.

On Thursday, November 12, around 3:30am, police say the suspect grabbed the wallet of a 27-year-old man while he slept on a northbound 2 train. Then he snatched a Samsung cell phone from the pants of another victim, who chased after him when the train stopped at Nostrand Avenue, but couldn’t catch him.

Police describe the suspect as a black man, approximately 6’2″ and 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue baseball hat, black sneakers, jeans, and a blue jacket.
