Police Looking For Two People Who Assaulted And Robbed Two Teenagers Last Week

Police are looking for two suspects who assaulted and robbed two teenagers last Friday, September 23, at around 12:30pm, according to police.

The two victims, a 14-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, were standing in front of Temple Ahavath Shalom-Flatbush at 1609 Avenue R when the suspects came up on them from behind, punched the boy, and took both of the teen’s cell phones, according to police.

The suspects fled eastbound down Avenue R, according to police. Both suspects were described as white. One was a man thought to be aged at around 21- or 21-years-old, 5’10”, and 185 pounds. He was wearing a black t-shirt, and dark pants, according to police. The other suspect is a woman, approximately 22-years-old, 5’7″, 160 pounds. She has long black hair, and was seen wearing a red shirt and white shorts, according to police.
