Looking for something fun to do with the kids this week? From a Big Park Slope Playdate, a weekly sing-along, a chance to row, row, row your boat, there’s a lot of fun stuff to do in the neighborhood. Details on those and more upcoming events:

Big Park Slope Playdate
When: Wednesday, June 18, 10:30am-12:30pm
Where: Park Slope Library, 431 6th Avenue
What: It’s all fun and games as kids birth through 3 years old (and their caregivers) are invited to come out for activities that encourage early literacy.
How much: Free, but tickets are required for entry (one per family), so be sure to arrive early to score your ticket.

Story Craft
When: Thursday, June 19, 3:30pm
Where: Pacific Library, 25 4th Avenue
What: Kids up to age 5 are welcome to hear a story, then make a craft.
How much: Free!

Miss Nina’s Friday Morning Sing-Along
When: Friday, June 20, 10am
Where: Two Moon Art House & Cafe, 315 4th Avenue
What: Miss Nina and her pink guitar take you and your children through move-along, sing-along songs – both traditional and original – as well as her specialty, those fun book songs!
How much: $10/family

Story Play
When: Saturday, June 21, 10am
Where: Central Library, Youth Wing, 10 Grand Army Plaza
What: Children ages birth to five years and their caregivers are invited to listen to stories and  play with toys.
How much: Free!

Free Public Rowing
When: Saturday, June 21, 12-4pm
Where: Boat ramp on Well House Drive, Prospect Park
What: Take the kids for a boat ride around the Prospect Park Lake! The Prospect Park Alliance and the Village Community Boathouse are teaming up to make rowing accessible to all on select dates this summer, so paddle on over.
How much: Free!

Brooklyn Game Lab @ The Library
When: Saturday, June 21, 1:30-3:30pm
Where: Park Slope Library, 431 6th Avenue
What: For three sessions in June, the Brooklyn Game Lab will share unique boardgames that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity for kids and teens ages 7 and up.
How much: Free!

Pop-Up Audubon: Incredible Invertebrates
When: Sunday, June 15, 12-5pm
Where: Entrance to the Ravine, downhill from the Picnic House, Prospect Park
What: Explore the freshwater ecosystem of Prospect Park, enjoy nature while helping to keep the Park clean, or join a naturalist for a Ravine hike to the waterfall trail during the hourly lineup of events every Saturday and Sunday in June.
How much: Free!
