Story Play

What: At this weekly program, bring children from birth to 3 years to enjoy stories and some playtime.

Explore & Create: Rainbow Loom
When: Thursday, March 20, 3:30pm
Where: Central Library, Youth Wing, 10 Grand Army Plaza
What: If your kids haven’t already gotten in deep with the rainbow loom craze, now they can learn — but be warned, it’s addictive. For ages 6-12.

Story Craft

What: Kids up to age 5 are welcome to hear a story, then make a craft.

Explore & Create: Arts And Crafts For Kids
When: Friday, March 21, 4pm
Where: Park Slope Library, 431 6th Avenue
What: A weekly, free drop-in program where kids can roll up their sleeves and explore their artistic side. This week’s theme is spring!

What: Celebrate the beginning of spring with bouncy castles, games, crafts, food, face painting, a magic show, and more.

PS 282 Annual Community Fair
When: Saturday, March 22, 10am-6pm
Where: PS 282, 180 6th Avenue
What: Support the Park Slope School and enjoy music, local vendors, tasty treats, and free kids activities. Admission includes five free raffle tickets for a chance to win a month of free martial arts classes, an iPod mini shuffle, a BJ’s gift card, a NY Kids Club class, and more.

The Hey-Ya Brothers
When: Saturday, March 22, 1pm
Where: Central Library, Dweck Center, 10 Grand Army Plaza
What: A show of slapstick, circus skills, magic, and music, The Hey-Ya Brothers are sure to provide a ton of laughs.

Sing Along With Miss Amy
When: Sunday, March 23, 10am
Where: Two Moon Art House & Cafe, 315 4th Avenue
What: Playing original and well-known songs on guitar, ukulele, and percussive things, singing stories with puppets and bubbles, Amy brings her quirky style to the sing along arena.
