Planned Overnight Work On Dean Street Rescheduled For Wed. (Mar 28) – Sat. (Mar 31)

PROSPECT HEIGHTS – The planned closure of Dean Street between Flatbush & 6th Avenues for four nights of roadwork has been rescheduled for this week starting Wednesday at 10pm.

The block will be closed from 10pm to 5am on Wednesday (March 28) and Thursday (March 29) and then from 11pm to 5am on Friday (March 30) and Saturday (March 31).

Two to three northbound lanes on Flatbush between Dean Street and 5th Avenue will also be closed.

Crews will be working on street paving and striping. Flaggers and signage will be onsite to redirect traffic and pedestrians around the impacted areas.

The work had originally been scheduled for Monday, March 19 through Thursday, March 22 but was postponed, according to a notice the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park Report posted on Friday, March 16.
