Permits Filed For New Trade School In Sheepshead Bay

Yet another small house will be demolished to make way for a four-story trade school on East 17 Street between Avenue Y and Avenue Z, according to permits filed by Valgar Realty.

The new building, which will be right outside the heart of town, have all four of its floors and its cellar occupied by a trade school, according to New York YIMBY.

Corporate Design of America is the architect on record.

Demolition permits for the two-story house that currently occupies the property have not been filed yet.

Unfinished plans were submitted earlier this year that would put a three-story commercial and medical building at the location but, according to YIMBY, it appears those plans have been scrapped.
