Permits Filed For New Commercial Medical Building On Empty Lot In Gravesend
Permits have been filed for a new retail and medical building at 2311 West 7 St, according to Yimby. The location is currently an empty lot.
Shun Wu is the property owner and Sugnam Chang’s Brooklyn-based Basic Groups Corp is the architect. The proposed project is going to be three stories, and will host 3,338 square feet of commercial retail stores on the ground floor.
The top two floors will be used for 5,228 square feet of medical offices. There will also be two underground floors for parking which will have room for 29 parking spaces, according to Yimby.
