Pedestrian Struck By Tractor Trailer On Flatbush Avenue, Taken To Kings County Hospital

A man hit by a truck on Flatbush Avenue and Avenue H this morning has been transported to Kings County Hospital with a serious arm injury, says a spokesman for the FDNY.

The accident was called in at 8:13am, and though tweets about the accident report a child being struck, the spokesman said the pedestrian was elderly.

Northbound B41 buses are being rerouted around the accident.

We hope the man will be okay, and will keep you updated as we learn more.
