It’s all about free, live music this weekend, with two Celebrate Brooklyn concerts, free shows today at The Old Stone House and the Sixth Avenue Baptist Church, and a whole day of free tunes on Saturday for Make Music New York. Details on those events and more:

Local Produce In The Gardens
When: Thursday, June 19, 5pm
Where: The Old Stone House, 3rd Street between 4th & 5th Avenues
What: Check out Grace Drums, a versatile, all-women percussion and vocal ensemble with the singular mission of making joy contagious.

Family Concert With The Harvest Trio
When: Thursday, June 19, 7pm
Where: Sixth Avenue Baptist Church, 97 Lincoln Place
What: Hear The Harvest Trio from West Coast Baptist College, a traveling singing tour group that will be accompanied by a pianist. Dr. Mark Rasmussen, Executive Vice-President of the College, will be presenting a challenge.

Celebrate Brooklyn: Lake Street Dive And Amos Lee
When: Friday, June 20, 7:30pm
Where: Prospect Park Bandshell, 9th Street and Prospect Park West
What: Lake Street Dive and their mix indie/pop/swing tunes joins Philly singer/songwriter Amos Lee for another fantastic night of music at Celebrate Brooklyn on Friday.
How much: $3 suggested donation.

Kentile Floors Sign Lighting Up
When: Friday, June 20, after dark
Where: 111 9th Street
What: Before the iconic Kentile Floors sign is dismantled, see a looping light show projected on the giant letters!

Owl Farm’s Second Anniversary
When: Saturday, June 21, 8am-4am
Where: 297 9th Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues
What: Our friends at The Owl Farm are celebrating two years, and it’s going to be one heck of a party. Festivities start at 8am (yes, 8am) with a collection of breakfast beers (!!!), beer and shot combos, rare bottles by the glass, and a stellar draft lineup. Happy anniversary, Owl Farm!

Strawberry Shortcake Eating Competition

Mavi Mural Block Party
When: Saturday, June 21, 1-5pm
Where: Mavi Jeans, 205 5th Avenue
What: The winning mural for the contest with a theme of “What’s your Brooklyn?” is currently being painted, and the winning design will be unveiled at a family-friendly party with food, drinks, and games.

Celebrate Brooklyn: Dum Dum Girls, Hospitality, And Teen
When: Saturday, June 21, 7pm
Where: Prospect Park Bandshell, 9th Street and Prospect Park West
What: If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what ’60s girl groups would sound like if their music went through “a garage rock meat grinder,” Celebrate Brooklyn is the place to be on Saturday, as Dum Dum Girls are set to take the stage, joined by Brooklyn bands Hospitality and Teen.

World Wide Knit In Public Day
When: Sunday, June 22, 11:30am-2:30pm
Where: The Old Stone House, 3rd Street between 4th & 5th Avenues
What: The Brooklyn Knit and Crochet Guild hosts a fun day of knitting (and other fiberly crafts) in the park, with knitting and crochet instruction, spinning demonstrations, raffles, and more.
