Whatever happens with Nemo tonight, the real estate world continues on Sunday with a batch of open houses. All of our picks for this weekend feature in-unit laundry which is a luxury that is almost impossible to oversell. Check them out!

Open House: Sunday, February 10, 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
This listing isn’t even a month old! It’s just a baby. A relatively spacious, charming, and surprisingly rustic baby. A long hallway separates the two bedrooms from the living room and kitchen, which features exposed brick, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Plenty of closets, windows (seven!) and in-unit washer and dryer make this apartment quite the catch. Brown Harris Stevens has it priced at $590,000 ($806 maintenance).  

117 Sterling Place #7 between 6th & 7th Avenues
Open House: Sunday, February 10, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
We rarely see lofts on the open house roundup but here we are: talking about a recently renovated, airy, and spacious loft right on Sterling Place. Picture windows and high ceilings keep the space bright, and the enormous chef’s kitchen (pictured above) offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry. The bathroom was also recently renovated with one of the coolest custom gadgets: a bathtub that keeps the water continuously warm. Pretty good living. Other perks: a wood-burning fireplace, central A/C, washer/dryer in the apartment, separate den which could function as a second bedroom, and a custom built office nook just off the kitchen. Plus there’s just an implicit coolness of saying you live in a loft, no? Brown Harris Stevens lists it at $750,000 ($1,036 maintenance).

Open House: Sunday, February 10, 12:30 – 2:00 p.m.
This 4-bedroom Center Slope apartment has three exposures with plenty of oversized windows throughout the long layout. Prewar charms abound, including coffered ceiling, inlaid floors, and pocket doors. Washer and dryer are in the apartment, and the self-managed coop features additional storage (including “stroller storage” in the lobby) and access to a common garden with grill and outdoor furniture. I know it’s hard in the middle of this blizzard warning, but just try to remember a time when eating outdoors is actually a nice, enjoyable thing. It’s worth noting that the place has four bedrooms but only one bathroom, which is a potentially problematic living situation. Corcoran lists it at $985,000 ($500 maintenance).

Open House: Sunday, February 10, 12:30 – 2:00 p.m.
Maybe you aren’t looking for an apartment. Maybe instead of four bedrooms, you’re looking for four floors. With 4.5 bathrooms and six bedrooms and 11-foot ceilings, working gas fireplaces, original moldings, pocket doors, carved woodwork doorframes, and a beautifully landscaped garden and deck. What about modern conveniences like a custom built-in sound system, ADT alarm system, 4-zone central A/C, and steam room? Yes? Well, congratulations, you’re going to want to stop by this one. Brown Harris Stevens lists the townhouse at $3,750,000.
