Looking for a new place to call home? From a single-family townhouse with a terrific garden, to a couple of 1-bed, 1-bath co-ops that are right near Grand Army Plaza we’ve rounded up a few places for sale that are hosting open houses this weekend and have broken down the offerings below. What do you think?

344 1st Street
Open House: Sunday, June 22, 1:30-3pm
List Price: $2,895,000, via Brown Harris Stevens
Details: It’s the first showing of this beautiful townhouse (pictured above) that’s located between 5th and 6th Avenues. The three-story, single-family home has been recently renovated, and features central AC, new windows, and oh boy, that garden — that’s someplace we’d love to spend the summer grilling up dinner. And a big draw for some, the address is zoned for PS 321.

259 Garfield Place, #1L
Open House: Sunday, June 22, 12-1:30pm
List Price: $1,499,000, maintenance $1,056, via owner
Details: It’s not often you find a 3-bed, 1.5-bath apartment in a townhouse in the area, and this one, in a limestone a block and a half from Prospect Park, is another address that’s zoned for 321. While you’ve got a lot of space inside, you have to share the outdoor space — a well-appointed roof deck with a great view.

343 4th Avenue, #10H
Open House: Sunday, June 22, 12:30-1:30pm
List Price: $899,000, common charges $592.45, via Halstead
Details: There’s a pretty nice view from this 2-bed, 2-bath that’s just around the corner from JJ Byrne park. One of the many new and coming-soon condos along 4th Avenue, this one was completed in 2007, but not without some hubbub. If any readers live there now, please share your thoughts about the building with potential future neighbors in the comments below!

78 8th Avenue, #2B
Open House: Sunday, June 22, 1-3pm
List Price: $695,000, maintenance $902, via Betancourt
Details: An 800-square-foot 1-bed, 1-bath co-op, this apartment is just a block from the park and all the great things Grand Army Plaza provides, from the Greenmarket and library to a few subway lines. The bathroom looks like it may be a bit narrow but the tile was recently redone, and the bedroom has a good amount of storage space.

925 Union Street, #4D
Open House: Saturday, June 21, 2:30-4pm & Sunday, June 22, 2-3:30pm
List Price: $519,000, maintenance $762, via Corcoran
Details: Right around the corner from the listing above, this is another 1-bed, 1-bath co-op, but it’s a bit smaller at 660 square feet. Still, it looks like there’s plenty of room to spread out, and even space for a little table and a couple of chairs in the kitchen. Plus, it’s got a dishwasher.
