Park Slope Open House Picks
The weather this Sunday looks like it will be great to wander around, check out some real estate, and get a taste of the neighborhood. From a 3-family brick townhouse to a studio apartment half a block from Prospect Park, we’ve rounded up a few of the places hosting open houses, and have broken down the offerings below. Details: This completely vacant 3-family brick townhouse (pictured above) has the possibility for rental income with two floor-through apartments on the top two floors, and a garden duplex as the owner’s space. That includes a nice backyard that looks great for entertaining, but may need some updates if you’re hoping to use it as a place for the kids to run around.
