Looking for a new place to call home? We’ve rounded up a few places that are hosting open houses this weekend — what do you think?

312 Garfield Place
Open House: Sunday, March 2, 1-3pm
List Price: $6,995,000, via Betancourt
Details: This is some stately manor. Built in 1901, the 9-bed, 5.5-bath, 22-foot wide brownstone has a distinct, intact Victorian edge, with all kinds of lovely details (the lions in the wood mantlepiece!). The garden level has an in-law suite that could be turned into a separate 1,700-square-foot rental unit. It comes with a high price tag (though there are pricier pads), but that’s down from the original $9M price it was listed for last spring.

758 Union Street
Open House: Sunday, March 2, 12-2pm
List Price: $2,950,000, via Corcoran
Details: It may not be a spacious or as handsome as the listing above, but this two-family brownstone is certainly no slouch. It’s currently being used as a duplex with two 1-bed rental units, which are on the top two floors. If it ever gets warm again, the deck and backyard will be a nice space to eat outside with the family — and if you forget any ingredients for dinner, Union Market is basically next door.

8 8th Avenue, #6
Open House: Sunday, March 2, 1-3pm
List Price: $1,050,000, maintenance $1,424, via Brooklyn Properties
Details: If you still want space but not an entire brownstone, this 3-bed, 2-bath co-op could be for you. A corner unit on 8th Ave and St Johns Pl, it’s got some nice bay windows, and odd cutouts in the walls of at least one of the bedrooms. Plus, it’s a very quick walk to the 2/3 at Grand Army Plaza.

103 Prospect Park West, #4
Open House: Sunday, March 2, 2:30-3:30pm
List Price: $699,000, maintenance $1,025, via Corcoran
Details: When we first looked at this 2-bed, 2-bath co-op in November, the price was $670,000. Looks like it was hiked up by nearly $30k when it was re-listed about two weeks ago, but nothing else seems to have changed about the space (pictured above), which has a view of Prospect Park but doesn’t allow dogs.

225 Lincoln Place, #2G
Open House: Sunday, March 2, 12:30-2pm
List Price: $529,000, maintenance $793.57, via Halstead
Details: This 1-bed, 1-bath co-op looks like a nice space for entertaining, as the living room has a small alcove that is big enough to fit a small table and chairs. There are some updates in the kitchen and bathroom, though it looks like neither has been exactly fully redone, and could use just a little more work.
