There’s a Super Bowl this Sunday, and for those in the market for a new home, this might be a good day to check out some properties on the market — less competition at open houses, as fans prep queso dip? Maybe, maybe not, but here’s a preview of a few places for those of you headed out for a look this weekend:

645 Baltic Street
Open House: Sunday, February 2, 12:30-2:30pm
List Price: $2,495,000, via Corcoran
Details: That price tag may seem a bit steep at first, but this is a legal four-family townhouse, currently configured with three units — a duplex on the bottom two floors, and two floor-through rentals on the top. There’s a nice backyard space, though the home is in an interesting spot — adjacent to a small parking lot — so there may be a lack of privacy, which could be remedied with some greenery.

675 Degraw Street, #1
Open House: Sunday, February 2, 12-2pm
List Price: $1,425,000, with $264.83 common charges, via Brooklyn Properties
Details: The price was lowered by $70k since we last took a look at this spot over a month ago. It’s a 2-bed, 2.5-bath condo with private access to the backyard and recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Near 4th Avenue, you may have to get used to construction noises while you’re in the backyard, though.

920 Union Street, #2B
Open House: Sunday, February 2, 12:30-2pm
List Price: $720,000, with $945 maintenance, via J. Francois and Associates
Details: This 1-bed, 1.5-bath co-op has a pretty unusual layout, with the “bedroom” up in a loft — maybe not the best for privacy, but it helps get the space some additional light. The kitchen was renovated fairly recently, and there’s a washer/dryer in the unit, and you can’t get much closer to Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park.

420 6th Avenue, #12
Open House: Sunday, February 2, 11:30am-1pm
List Price: $624,000, with $654 maintenance, via Corcoran
Details: Being on street-level may be a bit of a drawback to this 2-bed, 1-bath co-op, but the corner of 6th Avenue and 8th Street isn’t the busiest in the neighborhood. Even if it’s not very heavily trafficked, we don’t see lounging around the shared patio that’s outside on the street, which is “used almost exclusively by this unit.” Or, maybe it’s just the place for you to sit with your morning coffee and meet your neighbors as they pass by.

488 3rd Street, #1B
Open House: Sunday, February 2, 11am-12pm
List Price: $549,000, with $587 maintenance, via Douglas Elliman
Details: If you’re looking for outdoor space, this 1-bed, 1-bath co-op might be the ideal place for you — the private backyard looks like a pleasant place to relax with a book or while entertaining some friends. It’s accessible through large sliding glass doors from the main living area (pictured above).
