… GIDGET!
My family and I really enjoyed the suggestions everyone made, and we had a pretty fierce discussion about what name to go with. In the end we went with Gidget, which was the first name suggested by a Sheepshead Bites reader (Holly R.). Of the suggestions made, this was my favorite. The only thing I would’ve preferred was Nibbler (a la Futurama), which I came up with, but that was nixed.
Holly, you already have a bunch of Sheepshead Bites stickers. So I owe you a beer and – since you asked – you can play with the dog some time soon.
