NYPD Seeks Man Who Forcibly Touched 16-Year Old Girl on D Train

Police are looking for a man in relation to an incident of forcible touching of a 16-year old on the D train earlier this month.

On Monday, November 6, just after 7:00 am, the unidentified man grabbed a 16-year old girl on the buttocks while traveling between 36th Street and Atlantic-Barclays on a northbound D train, said police.

The victim was able to snap a picture of the man with her cellphone before she exited the train at Atlantic-Barclays. It can be seen below:

Police are looking for 60-year old Rueben Pena for questioning regarding the incident. He is described by the NYPD as a Hispanic man, 5’7″ and 230 lbs. He has salt and pepper hair and mustache, with three teardrops tattooed below his left eye. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and a dark winter jacket.
