NYPD Searching For Suspects In Armed Robbery At Flatbush Ave Shop
Police are asking for the public’s help in finding two men who robbed a storeowner and bystander at gunpoint the night of March 28.
The NYPD says the men entered Hoodwear Cap City at 989 Flatbush Ave near Albemarle Rd just before 9pm. One suspect threatened the storeowner with a firearm and took a wallet from a customer, and the other emptied the store’s cash register.
Suspect one is between 17 and 20 years old, between 5’7″ and 5’10” tall, and was seen wearing red pants and a black hooded jacket. Suspect two is between 18 and 20 years old, between 5’6″ and 5’8″ tall, 140-150 pounds, wearing all dark clothing.
