Noel Suarez: The Man Behind The Neergaard Toy Display

Neighbor and teacher James Bruffee has always thought the toy displays at Neergaard Toys at 454 5th Avenue near 9th Street were unique and intriguing. So he sought out the man in charge of them, Noel Suarez, and made this great video about him.

“He’s kind of a local unsung artist in my opinion,” says Bruffee.
