New HealthPlus Community Service Center Now Open on Church

A new HealthPlus community service center officially opened yesterday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The office will host a call center and will take walk-ins to help people with questions about healthcare enrollment, Medicaid and Medicare, as well as other customer services.

The customer service center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, is closed Sunday, and is located at 2009 Church Ave, between Ocean Ave and E 21st St.
