Konstantino's Rendering

We’ve learned that the new cafe that’s coming to 1715 Foster Ave, between East 17th and East 18th Streets, will actually be a creperie, and much more.

Konstantino’s La Crepe et la Vie is the project of neighbor Konstantino, who owned a shop on Newkirk Plaza about 15 years ago. He plans to offer crepes and some other prepared foods, plus he’ll have a section of the space devoted to Greek dry goods like olive oil. Additionally, one side of the space will be dedicated to curated antique jewelry.

The rendering above shows what to expect from the outside, and below is the interior of the shop, which is surprisingly spacious, with high tin ceilings.

Konstantino is currently in the construction business, but is looking forward to getting back into what he used to do. He plans to be open by Thursday, March 7, which happens to be his birthday.
