Neighborhood Stoop Sales: June 15-16
Warm weather + lack of storage space = STOOP SALES!
You’d better start working on those haggling technique now, because we’ve spotted some mega sales happening around the neighborhood this weekend.
When: Saturday, June 15 from 10am to 2pm
Where: 459 13th Street, between 8th Avenue and PPW
What: If you’re looking for kid stuff, these guys appear to have the mother lode. Look for books, toys (including a vintage 1905s pedal car), games, instruments (like the child size violin pictured above for $150), sports stuff, dolls house and furniture, build a bear animals and clothing, baseball cards — and also free stuff.
When: Sunday, June 16 from 10am to 5pm
Where: 9th Street, between 4th and 5th Avenue (next to the big blue house)
What: Three family stoop sale with vintage and new clothing, jewelry, furniture, housewares, kitchen stuff, electronics, and mystery items (which means you have no choice but to stop by and check it out…otherwise you’ll spend the rest of your life wondering what those mystery items were).
