Missing: Shenique Leslie, 16, Last Seen In Coney Island
A 16-year-old girl disappeared from her Coney Island residence over the weekend, sparking a search for the teen by friends, family and authorities.
Cops are asking neighbors to be on the lookout for Shenique Leslie, last seen at her 2007 Surf Avenue apartment building on Saturday afternoon. The girl went missing at approximately 2:30pm.
Leslie, pictured above, is described as a black female, approximately 120lbs, brown eyes and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, pink sweater, leopard print scarf, black sweatpants and blue sneakers.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website, or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
