Fire at Midwood High School Causes Evacuation

A fire broke out on the 4th floor of Midwood High School this morning at about 7:50 a.m. and was under control by 8:11 a.m., reports the Daily News. Students and school employees were evacuated from the building. No one was injured and the cause is not known at this time.
