Creep Caught On Video Masturbating In Neighbor’s Driveway (NSFW)

A neighbor wants to warn the community about a creep caught on surveillance video masturbating last week behind a Bedford Avenue house.
The tipster, who asked to remain anonymous, said he came across the lewd behavior while reviewing his home security footage from the early morning on Thursday, April 21.

The video shows a man casually masturbating while leaning against a black sedan parked behind the home. The man keeps looking around to make sure he’s out of sight. Then, his eyes widen when he spots the camera and he makes a quick exit.
The person who sent the video said further footage revealed the stranger had scoped out at least two other driveways before getting to business. The resident of the home later alerted police about the incident.
Cops said they are investigating and the picture has been passed to the Crime and Conditions teams. Police said the man in the photograph has not been reported for the same act by anyone else this year.
