Man Wanted For Eating Chips & Slashing People On 86th Street

Police are searching for an unknown man who stabbed a stranger outside a bodega on 86th Street and West 7th Street, right near the N train station, early Friday morning.

The suspect slashed a 38-year-old man’s right arm multiple times with a knife on Friday, July 29, 2:30am, in front of Marlboro Minimart, located at 2835 86th Street, according to police.

He is described as a black man, in his 20s, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, 125 pounds, with black eyes, short brown hair. Surveillance footage obtained by police shows him wearing a white t-shirt, green jogging pants, and black sneakers and eating a bag of chips.

The victim was transported to Coney Island Hospital where he was treated his injuries and released.
