Look For Changes On The F And G Lines This Weekend
G Train

Not much service at 4th Avenue-9th Street again this weekend.

Jamaica-bound F trains run express from Church Avenue to Jay Street/MetroTech
Weekend, 11:45 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon, Oct 18 – 21
There will be no Jamaica-bound F trains at Fort Hamilton Pkwy, 15th Street-Prospect Park, 4th Avenue-9th Street, Smith-9th Street, Carroll and Bergen Street. For service to these stations, take the F to 7th Avenue or Jay Street-MetroTech and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F. For service from these stations, take the F to 7th Avenue or Church Avenue and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F.

Then we have the G train:

No G trains between Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street and Church Avenue. Service operates every 20 minutes between Bedford-Nostrand Avenue and Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street
Weekend, 11:30 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon, Oct 18 – 21
There will be no G trains at Bergen, Carroll, Smith-9th Street, 4th Avenue-9 Street, 7 Avenue, 15th Street-Prospect Park, and Fort Hamilton Pkwy. Transfer between the A, C, and G trains at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street, or transfer between A, C, and F trains at Jay St-MetroTech (but don’t forget about the changes on the F line).

G trains operate in two sections this weekend: between Court Square and Bedford-Nostrand Avenue, and between Bedford-Nostrand Avenue and Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street. Transfer at Bedford-Nostrand Avenue to continue your trip.

No R trains between Lower Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn

Service changes affect City Hall, Cortlandt, Rector, Whitehall, Court Sts and Jay St-MetroTech on the weekends as follows:
No R service at City Hall, Cortlandt, Rector, Whitehall, Court Sts and Jay St-MetroTech. R service operates between Forest Hills-71 Av and Bay Ridge-95 St. Trains run via the Q in both directions between Canal St and DeKalb Av.
