Loki Space On 5th Avenue Is For Rent

Loki to close
It looks like Loki Lounge as we know it is about to be no more. The space at 304 5th Avenue, on the corner of 2nd Street recently had signs up in its windows announcing its big leather couches were for sale, and now there’s an ad on Craigslist saying the space is for rent.

Back in January, F’d in Park Slope heard that the front portion of the space would be available, and that Loki would continue on in the back half. There’s no mention of that in the listing, which says the available space is 1,400 square feet, which is bigger than some other recent commercial listings — but so is the price tag, with a rent of $11,500 per month.

  1. Awww, I like Loki!! but, it is a large space for a bar, especially one that doesn’t have live music. Maybe they just couldn’t handle the rent anymore
