Local Produce Mini-Festival Of The Performing Arts Returns To The Old Stone House On Saturday
Spoke the Hub fest


This Saturday, June 7 from 1pm-10pm is the 21st anniversary of Spoke the Hub’s Local Produce Mini-Festival of the Performing Arts, featuring music, theater, and dance performance for the whole family outside of The Old Stone House, 336 3rd Street. And best of all, it’s totally free!

Here’s the lineup as of now (though it’s subject to change):

1-3pm: Brooklyn Music Factory students and staff, including Big City County and Rock, Write, and Record

3:30-4:30pm: STH Young Artists Dance/Theater Showcase #1, featuring new, original works by young choreographers (ages 9-13)

4:30-5:30pm: Young Buds: Dance/Theater/Music Showcase #2, featuring young artists from around the ‘hood (ages 8-16)

5:30-7pm: Local Flora: Dance/Theater/Music Showcase #3, featuring emerging and established Brooklyn-based performance artists

7pm: Swing Dance Lesson with Tatiana Keegan

7:30-10pm: Dance Party, with live music by Art Lillard’s Heavenly Big Band
