Local Politicians Help Celebrate Leon’s Fantasy Cut and Newkirk Plaza

Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and Councilmember Mathieu Eugene came out to Newkirk Plaza on Saturday afternoon to congratulate Leon Kogut on his barbershop’s 100th anniversary, and to help celebrate the overall Plaza makeover.
