Public Hearing
Wednesday, March 6, 7pm
CB14 District Office, 810 E 16th St
First they’ll go over the budget requests for fiscal year 2014 (you know, no security cameras), and then the really interesting bit: info about a new, 456-seat primary school proposed for District 22, which would be located on Ocean Avenue between Avenues L and M!

Regular Monthly Meeting

Monday, March 11, 7:30pm

Edward R. Murrow HS, E 17th & Ave L
The board will vote on whether or not to recommend that proposed school, committee members will share details of the past month’s meetings, and more.

Transportation Committee Meeting
Wednesday, March 13, 7pm
CB14 District Office, 810 E 16th St
Learn about what additional changes are coming to Church Avenue, and more details on the new Dorchester Avenue mural. Plus, if you ride a bicycle, you might want to hear about the DOT’s cycling map proposal — and perhaps ask how to ensure local streets are added to it.

Planning for the annual Youth Conference continues, and the committee will asses the Department of Youth & Community Development funding for youth programs in the area.
