Join A Discussion On Engaging Teens & Tweens When They’re Not In School At 826NYC

Neighbors are invited to join a discussion about arts programs, afterschool time, and best practices for engaging teens and tweens, which will take place at 826NYC, aka The Brooklyn Superhero Supply Store:

The event is an extension of the conversation The Wallace Foundation began with their recently released report Something to Say: Success Principles for Afterschool Arts Programs from Urban Youth and Other Experts. The report identifies 826 as one of eight “exemplary” arts organizations nationwide and lauds them as models for engaging teens and tweens.

Presented by 826 National, the panel will feature Gerald Richards, CEO of 826 National; Nina Sonenberg, communications officer at The Wallace Foundation; and Peter Rogovin, founder of Next Level Strategic Marketing Group and co-author of Something to Say.
