  • Got a hot date? No. 7 (7 Greene Avenue at Fulton Street) has teamed up with You & Me for a $50 deal on their sumptuous Sunday dinner, which includes fried chicken or maitake mushrooms with sides, two rounds of drinks, and dessert (normally $94). You can even book a reservation right from the site until October 1.
  • Those with a special occasion coming up can take advantage of Piece of Velvet’s (708A Fulton Street between South Oxford Street and South Portland Avenue) current Amazon Local deal, which offers customers 50% off six or 24 red velvet or 12 mini assorted cupcakes. See the deal for more details.
  • Fulton Street Bagels (558 Fulton Street between Hudson Avenue and Rockwell Place) is now offering a Groupon for 10 bagels with a pound of cream cheese for $8 (normally $17) or $10 for $20 worth of bagels, sandwiches, and salads–perfect for someone looking to feed weekend houseguests, or for the guy who didn’t have cash during the last office happy hour. It’s not clear how long the deal will be available online, but you can use your deal up to 120 days after your purchase–so you might want to snap it up ASAP.
  • Did you know Le Petit Bakery (354 Myrtle Avenue between Carlton Avenue and Adelphi Street) offers specials on a near-daily basis–and posts them on social media? By following the establishment on Twitter and Facebook, nippish neighbors can snag themselves combos like coffee or iced coffee with a rotating selection of scones, muffins, cookies, and cakes, all for under $5.
  • This one’s a little different–Chez Oskar (211 Dekalb Avenue at Adelphi Street) is having an Instagram contest over the next several weeks that could win you a $50 gift certificate for your next French meal. Simply follow the restaurant on Instagram, take a photo there, and tag it #chezoskarsummer by August 31 for your chance at free grub.
