We’re a month into 2013; how’s everyone feeling? Strong and healthy?

If you’re still looking to find the perfect fit in exercise routines, you might want to check out Pilates. The body conditioning method helps to build core muscle strength and flexibility, and focuses on spinal alignment, breathing, and balance. Here are some local gyms and trainers to guide you along the way.

The studio also offers group classes (full schedule here) in different skill levels of mat work, yoga, and meditation.
Cost: Private sessions are $80 each, $310 for four, $450 for six, or $600 for eight. Group classes are $23 each, $110 for five, or $210 for ten.
