Get Tickets For The BIG Oscars Party!
The Bay Improvement Group is throwing their annual awards gala, the BIG Oscars, at Il Fornetto next week.
The yearly waterfront party includes a four-course meal, music, dancing, a raffle, and cash bar. Tickets are $60 at the door, but you can shave ten bucks off the admission price by purchasing tickets in advance on the group’s website.
Most importantly, the bay’s Oscar party is a chance to honor members of the community who’ve distinguished themselves. This year’s honorees include 61st Precinct Sergeant Karen Brennan, Firefighter Robert Gnerre, the Miramar Yacht Club, Aardvark Amusements’ Dennis Schifter, Collegium Sound’s Don Wade, and National Grid’s Renee McClure.
The party kicks off at 7pm on Thursday, April 21, at Il Fornetto, located at 2902 Emmons Avenue. You must RSVP by April 18;. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 718-646-9206 or emailing bayimprovementgrp@gmail.com.
