Free Family Arts Day At Washington Park On Thursday

Family Fun via Spellbound Theatre
Spellbound Theatre is hosting a free Family Arts Day on Thursday, July 31 from 10am-12pm at Washington Park/The Old Stone House with free storytelling, art making, and community building.

The theme is “city life,” and you and the kids will enjoy building a busy city out of recycled materials (which you can take home or add to a growing imagined skyline) and hearing subway stories. Here’s the schedule, and you can drop by anytime:

10am: City Life Storytime
10:30am: Art making
11am: Subway Games
11:30am: Excerpt of “Stand Clear of the Closing Doors, Please,” a Spellbound storytelling performance

Free Family Art Days are presented with the support of the Park Slope Civic Council and The Old Stone House.
