Fire on Albemarle and Buckingham?

Following reports of burning smells in the neighborhood, two neighbors have sent in reports in the past half hour of lights that may be flames and a powerful smell of smoke near Albemarle Road and Buckingham Road/East 16th Street.

The FDNY has not answered our calls, likely because all of New York’s emergency services are swamped with over ten times the normal rate of 911 calls.

Does anyone else near Albemarle know more? We’ll update as soon as we know any more details.
