The impacts to our public transit system from the weather are starting to wind down — how was everyone’s commute this morning? Here’s what to keep an eye on this week in our area, particularly if you plan on riding the subway late at night:
D trains make local stops at 23 St and 14 St in both directions
Late nights, 12:01am to 5am, Tue to Fri, Jan 7-10

No G trains between Bedford-Nostrand Avs and Church Av
Late nights, 10pm to 5am, Wed to Fri, Jan 8-10
G service operates between Court Sq and Bedford-Nostrand Avs. Free shuttle buses make all stops between Bedford-Nostrand Avs and Hoyt-Schermerhorn, connecting with the F at Jay St-MetroTech. F trains make all G stops between Bergen St and Church Av. Transfer between shuttle buses, F, and A trains at Jay St-MetroTech.
N trains run via the Q in both directions between Canal St and DeKalb Av
Late nights, all times until October 2014
R shuttle service operates between 95 and 36 Sts, Brooklyn.
No R trains between Lower Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn
All times until October 2014
R service operates in two sections: Between 71 Av, Queens and Whitehall St, Manhattan; and between 95 St, Bay Ridge and Court St, downtown Brooklyn.
