The owners Rita Beller, Konstantin Urman and Oleg Liberov are very excited to offer the same great service that the neighborhood has come to expect and deserve. Eye exams by Dr. Pedalino, designer frames and sunglasses, contact lenses, and the filling of prescriptions with the highest level of care and precision.
Eye Appeal is still accepting most insurance and union plans, and is adding more monthly.
