Downtown Brooklyn Parking Lot To Become 13-Story Apartment Building

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN – A parking lot located on the corner of Gold and Tillary Streets is slated to become a 13-story apartment building, The Real Deal reports.

Solomon Feder purchased the 27,000-square-foot lot and filed plans with the DOB to build a 286-unit apartment building on the site. The new building’s address will be 260 Gold Street and will feature 191,000 square feet of space.

Along with enclosed parking for 115 cars, the property will offer a bike room with 143 spots for bicycles and over 4,000 square feet of recreational space, according to Curbed.

Currently the home to Vertical Parking Systems, the lot offers 136 parking spaces.
