One bedroom on the top floor of a Victorian
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,000
Details: It can be hard to sell us on these top floor apartments – they can seem so congested and like we’re giants stomping around a doll house. That said, let us know if you see this place because, at least from the photos, it looks, despite the slanted ceilings, that you’d have some pretty good leg room here. Plus, with the arched doorways and wooden floors, this abode is easy on the eyes. Brooklyn Hearth doesn’t give the exact address of the apartment, but it does note that you’d be just off Cortelyou – which means a short walk to the Q, restaurants, and shops. Not too shabby.

Spacious two bedroom on Rugby Road
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,300
Details: So.much.space.for.bookshelves – or, you know, whatever you want to put in that massive living room. But we’re gonna hope it’s bookshelves. As far as location, you can’t get much better than this – you’d be right by Cortelyou Road, which means the Q subway station, the restaurants, the shopping, the bars. There’s a large kitchen with a dishwasher and hardwood floors throughout. The super lives in the building, there’s laundry in the building, and it looks like it gets a fair amount of sunlight. They specify that the tenants need to be making a combined income of at least $83,000 to qualify.

Three bedroom on Beverley Road
Available: Immediately
Price: $2,300
Details: This three-bedroom in a prewar building includes a bunch of things we like: eat-in kitchen, hardwood floors, and close to the shopping and dining on both Cortelyou Road and Church Avenue. Still, the bedrooms appear to be on the small side, and we are not crazy at all about that bathroom layout. But, hey, if you’re able to split this three ways with roommates, it’s a lot easier on the wallet.

Cortelyou cuteness in a three bedroom
Available: Immediately
Price: $3,000
Details: So, this place is adorable. Is it $3,000 worth of adorable? Tell us what you think. It’s got hardwood floors, tall ceilings, stained glass windows, an eat-in kitchen – yeah, all of these things we love. Plus, that outdoor space seems like a great place to hang out, drink your morning coffee, and people watch. You’d be close to the Q station and, well, you’re on Cortelyou, which means: food, shopping, food, and more food. But, heads up, your furry friends are not welcome in this apartment.
