That said, let us know if you see this place because, at least from the photos, it looks, despite the slanted ceilings, that you’d have some pretty good leg room here. Plus, with the arched doorways and wooden floors, this abode is easy on the eyes. Brooklyn Hearth doesn’t give the exact address of the apartment, but it does note that you’d be just off Cortelyou – which means a short walk to the Q, restaurants, and shops. Not too shabby.

As far as location, you can’t get much better than this – you’d be right by Cortelyou Road, which means the Q subway station, the restaurants, the shopping, the bars. There’s a large kitchen with a dishwasher and hardwood floors throughout. The super lives in the building, there’s laundry in the building, and it looks like it gets a fair amount of sunlight. They specify that the tenants need to be making a combined income of at least $83,000 to qualify.

Details: This three-bedroom in a prewar building includes a bunch of things we like: eat-in kitchen, hardwood floors, and close to the shopping and dining on both Cortelyou Road and Church Avenue.
