Details: We were surprised by the price tag on this big E 22nd Street beauty–split evenly, four roommates could be looking at $625 per month each, or three could have a little extra space for under $850. Walk in closets, an eat in kitchen, and a dining area/office nook all sound good, as long as appliances actually end up in there and you can impress the co-op board.
