Looking for an apartment to rent in or around Ditmas Park? We’ve rounded up a few spaces available around the neighborhood to help you on your hunt. If you live in one of the apartment buildings, let prospective neighbors know how you like it.

Cortelyou Area Studio for Less
Available: Immediately
Price: $1,250, plus broker fee
Details: This place on Ocean Avenue above Dorchester is pretty enough–inlaid parquet floors, adequate sunlight, arched entryways, etc.–but more important is its convenience to shopping and restaurants on Cortelyou and seemingly reasonable price tag (we spotted multiple studios this week for $1,700). Besides that, who doesn’t like an in-building laundry room?

Sunny Two Bed on Kensington Border
Available: July 1
Price: $1,795, plus broker fee
Details: There’s not a whole lot of info on this space, but what we know that the listing doesn’t explicitly mention (though you may have guessed it from the photos) is that each room will fit a queen sized bed. Besides that, it’s awfully cute–we can’t deny a claw foot tub–and you’ll have the option of the F train for when the Q is acting up. Wonder how big that kitchen is when you can see both sides of it.

Cortelyou and Ocean Two Bed with a Pool
Available: July 1
Price: $1,950, plus broker fee
Details: Just down Cortelyou from the main shopping and eating drag, this two bed is being shown by three realtors–so you’re likely to find one that works for you. Roommates sharing this place will each have a private bathroom, the pool (besides just being a pool) looks to be on the building’s roof, and there’s a doorman, too. As with the last place, you can ride the Q line or the F–but sorry, no pets allowed.

Fresh Ocean Avenue Four Bed
Available: Immediately
Price: $3,400, plus broker fee
Details: Evenly split between roommates, this apartment between Beverley and Regent will cost $850 a pop–better than any of the other places we’ve seen this week. Two bathrooms will keep you from all-out battles in the morning, and the sparkly new kitchen looks open and airy too. When you’re living with three others, it never hurts to have space–so rooms that fit king and queen beds sound good, and so does a short walk to bars with backyards on Cortelyou.
