De Blasio Provides Passover Packages To Poor

Public Advocate Bill de Blasio is hitting up Brighton Beach today to hand out Passover supplies to Russian-Americans in need. De Blasio is teaming up with supporting agencies including the Jewish Community Council of Shorefront and Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty to give out the matzah, grape juice, fresh produce, poultry and packaged goods to impoverished families.

Goods are being distributed today, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at JASA (3161 Brighton 6th Street).
