Good morning, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.

Temperatures will be low today, only inching near 27 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. But expect the weather to improve by the weekend, when highs will reach the mid-40s. How do you plan on enjoying the spring warming, locals?

Here’s more news to start your morning:

  • A new luxury apartment building at 97 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill has opened for leasing, Brownstoner reported. The apartments – 27 one-, two- and three-bedroom units – range between $2,300 and $5,460. The developer is holding open houses at 11 of the units, which have also been posted on MNS Realty’s listings.
  • The Atlantic Yards project may have another tower under construction by the end of the year, according to the Atlantic Yards Report. The news is a stark contrast to word that there would be multiple groundbreakings this year, the blog reported. Building out infrastructure is one issue holding back new residential buildings.
  • Want to open a local business, but you don’t know much about commercial leasing? The Pratt Area Community Council has a free workshop 6:30 p.m. tomorrow night to help.
